Bush - Chief Operating Officer
Bush is the founder of B&R Security Group and oversees operations, standards, and long-term planning. He is an Eagle Scout and a United States Marine Corps Reserve Field Artillery Radar specialist, bringing a background grounded in discipline, accountability, and structured decision-making.
Bush is also a Level IV Personal Protection Officer (PPO), the highest level of licensed security in Texas. His focus is on building dependable, professional security programs with clear procedures, proper staffing, and consistent execution—so clients receive reliable service rather than improvised solutions.
Ramirez - Chief Security Supervisor
Ramirez is a senior operations lead at B&R Security Group with over 10 years of hands-on experience across nearly every sector of the security industry. His background includes armored transport, fire watch operations, commercial and residential patrol, executive and personal protection, and on-site security in high-risk and high-traffic environments.
Ramirez is a Level IV Personal Protection Officer (PPO) and is currently a recruit with the Shreveport Police Department. Having served in both supervisory and frontline roles, he brings practical field knowledge and proven team leadership to daily operations, ensuring security plans are realistic, enforceable, and effective.

Cleo Jackson Jr. — Lethal Encounter
B&R Security Group operates under the mentorship and guidance of Cleo Jackson Jr., Chief Global Knowledge and Learning Officer at Lethal Encounter, and a senior advisor to our leadership team.
Mr. Jackson brings over four decades of combined military, law enforcement, and executive protection experience. His background includes service in the United States Marine Corps, Dallas Police Department, Dallas Security Division, Federal Reserve Law Enforcement, and private-sector healthcare security systems. He is a nationally recognized security consultant and risk management expert.
As a Certified NRA Instructor and Certified Simunitions Instructor, Mr. Jackson has spent more than a decade training professionals in firearms, personal protection, arrest control, and tactical operations. His expertise spans threat assessment, vulnerability analysis, executive protection, hostile environment operations, surveillance and counter-surveillance, defensive driving, route planning, and first responder response.
Mr. Jackson has also owned and operated his own security group and brings real-world operational insight that cannot be learned from theory alone. He serves as the backbone of experiential knowledge supporting B&R Security Group’s operational standards, training philosophy, and risk-based decision-making.
